招聘职位:

1. Associate Software Engineer

Roles/Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include entry level programmer with Web development, testing skills. 

Responsibilities will vary across:

• Business systems design, development,integration and testing, where a business system may include SAP, Oracle,Microsoft .NET, Java/J2EE or other commercially available or custom applications.

• Information Management including portals, data migration, data warehouses, business intelligence, content management, document management and other information management technologies.

• Infrastructure design and implement ation including data centers, networks, storage, servers and end user devices.

• Security & risk compliance including identity management, security certifications and vulnerability testing.

Other responsibilities include:

• Actively learns and begins to apply PwC Delivery Framework methodologies.

• Develops strong interpersonal skills with team members and peers.

• Provides support for the development of quality deliverables.

• May support business development and proposal efforts by gathering general content to support the proposal.

• Supports and may contribute to engagement financial management activities.

• Manages own time and expenses involved in work.

• Supports the delivery of technology products that drive client satisfaction.

• Supports own Performance Coaching& Development Process (Development Plan, Performance Feedback, Performance Noteand Performance Summary).

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree or above, will graduate in 2017;

• Major in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management, Communication Engineering, Math, or related disciplines

• Good command of written and spoken English; Japanese language ability is a plus;

• A working knowledge of the business is extremely helpful

• Basic MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Strong written/verbal communication skills and technical ability

• Strong attention to detail

• Shows ability to work independently

• Ability to work in a team environment and to multi-task supporting the production of client deliverables

 

2. Associate Analyst

Roles/Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include works on phase(s) of larger project (s) involving coding, unit testing, programming and testing. 

Responsibilities will vary across:

• Business systems design, development,integration and testing, where a business system may include SAP, Oracle or other commercially available or custom applications.

• Assists with project documentation

• Assists with project coordination with clients or internal project team

• Learns and support related module when necessary

Other responsibilities may include:

• Actively learns and assists analysis and research.

• May support draft delivery products.

• Actively learns and begins to apply PwC Delivery Framework on engagements.

• Develops strong interpersonal skills with team members and peers.

• Provides supports for business development and proposal efforts by assisting with the development of written technical content of proposals.

• Assists team members to support technology solution investment projects that generate client revenue, and supports the development of marketing content of those solutions to clients,potential clients and internally within PwC.

• Works closely with and cultivates strong relationships with client staffs and across teams to deliver business solutions.

• Supports own Performance Coaching& Development Process (Development Plan, Performance Feedback, Performance Note and Performance Summary).

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• Bachelor's degree or above, will graduate in 2017;

• Major in Finance, Accounting,Business Administration, HR, or related disciplines

• Good command of written and spoken English; Japanese language ability is a plus;

• Experienced with overall business process in one functional module is preferred

• With good knowledge or experience in ERP configuration/customizing is preferred

• Background or strong interest in related technology solutions

• Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability in self-motivated and high responsibility for daily work. Proven ability to work in a team environment and multi-task to produce quality client deliverables

• Have strong interpersonal,analytical, organizational and communication skills;

• Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel,PowerPoint required; Access preferred)

 

3. Associate Testing Engineer

Roles/Responsibilities

• Develop test cases, scripts & scenarios according to requirement documents and test plan.

• Prepare test data.

• Execute test, record test logs and track defects in test management tools (ALM, TFS and etc.).

• Follow-up on testing status planned for the day.

• Work with test lead and development team to improve software/system quality

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• BS in Computer Science or relevant software testing experience

• Good understanding and practice in software testing process

• Familiarity with HP ALM or other test management tools.

• Solid experience of test case design,test execution and report

• Experience in automation test or performance test is a plus

• Experience in ERP systems (SAP,Oracle, Siebel, etc.) testing is a plus

• Experience and knowledge in insurance industry is a plus

• Excellent written and oral English communications skills.

 

4. Associate UI Designer

Roles/Responsibilities

Skill required:

• Bachelor Degree in Visual/Graphic Design,Human-computer science or something similar

• Design Tools: Mastery of Photoshop,Illustrator, Dreamwaver and Axure.

• Front end Technologies: In-depth knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, and JavaScript, JQuery, Bootstrap or any other UI frame or plugin knowledge is a big plus.

• Conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the Design Process.

• Excellent time-management, multi-tasking,and communication skills. Capable of juggling multiple projects and related complexities at the same time.

• Video editing and other multimedia skills is a plus

Desired Experience:

• Internship in formal industry/professional experience as a web/mobile designer preferred

• Solid portfolio demonstrating design savvy.

• Good eye for aesthetics: layout, grid systems, color theory and typography.

• Strong understanding of mobile platforms, particularly iOS, Android and Windows Phone.

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• Overall responsibility founder standing a customer's brief and converting that into appealing, highly usable interfaces.

• Engages with the business development team and/or customer early on to seek a deeper appreciation of the customer's business problem/goals.

• Develops understanding of the end users of the website/application through secondary and primary research (user interviews,traffic data). Capable of generating user personas and user scenarios.

• Prepares low fidelity prototypes of sites/features (ranging from paper-and-pencil concepts to wireframes or interactive prototypes) for internal review and brainstorming.

• Capable of gauging technical feasibility of the prototype.

• Presents high fidelity designs/mock-ups to the customer for review/iteration/approval.

• Capable of working directly with customers in an iterative/agile manner to dramatically improve the prototypes in a short time

• Able to explain his/her design philosophy verbally and in writing

 

5. PQA Intern

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Providing project level process management solutions for different project types

• Providing audit for project process implementation

• Assisting PM to resolve quality issues and process non-compliance

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• BS+ in Computer Science

• Strong knowledge and professional experience in quality management, especially in CMM/CMMI, ISO, ITIL, Agile, Six Sigma,RUP, etc.

• Solid experience in software development, strong knowledge in product development of full life cycle

• Familiar with the software methodology and tools

• Good communication skills (Oral &Written)

 

6. Admin Intern

Roles/Responsibilities

• Performs general secretarial duties by document handling and time arrangement;

• Logistic arrangement for external visitors: car arrangement and hotel booking;

• Assist company-wide event, including but not limited to town hall, annual meeting, leadership meeting, charity event, employee activity and team building;

• Administrative work flow within Admin domain and other related department.

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• Preferred the major is related to Administration management, English or Journalism.

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Excellent written and oral English skills.

• Well organized data analysis &reporting skills.

 

7. HR Intern

Roles/Responsibilities

• Screen and download CVs

• Make phone calls to candidates to invite them for interviews

• Communicate with HR and senior managers and arrange interviews according to their schedule

• Book meeting rooms via online system

• Make bi-weekly report on recruitment progress

• Assist with other recruitment activities

• Other HR-related tasks

Background/Experience/Credentials:

• Good command of English and Chinese,both oral and written

• Excellent communication skills,detail-oriented, flexible, team player and quick-learner

• Good computer skills

• HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must

• Can work 4+ days a week

• Prefer computer-majored students with post graduate recommendation, or abroad further education decision
